2.1 Ensure ample time is allocated for your journey, especially for airport transfers where adherence to flight check-in times is crucial. Bricket Wood Airport Ride Pro is not accountable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for collection.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Bricket Wood Airport Ride Pro does not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage, and each child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Wheelchair accessibility must be specified during the booking process.
3.1 Our quotes, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, are based on information provided by you. We reserve the right to modify quotes for significant itinerary changes.
3.2 A 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs are included in the quote. Exceeding this waiting time incurs standard Bricket Wood Airport Ride Pro waiting rates.
3.3 Review and confirm booking details upon receipt of the confirmation. Failure to notify discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which Bricket Wood Airport Ride Pro is not responsible.
3.4 Payment methods include cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 Passenger behavior is the responsibility of the booking party. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impacts.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not allowed in the car.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.
4.4 Passenger count must adhere to licensing or insurance stipulations.
5.1 Timely cancellation is essential; post-dispatch cancellations incur charges based on the distance covered.

7.1 Immediate termination or refusal of a booking may occur if a vehicle or driver is endangered due to abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered, and changes will be reflected on this page. Existing bookings are honored at the rates in effect during booking.
8.3 Information processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Bricket Wood Airport Ride Pro and you.
8.5 No third-party benefits unless a written agreement is established.
Disputes or claims must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date; claims beyond this timeframe are not obligated to be entertained by Bricket Wood Airport Ride Pro.
